Veeam Backup notification alert

Dear Team,

Currently, I had already done update Veeam Enterprise version 11 to Veeam Enterprise version12, But Veeam Enterprise version12 has not been sending emails separately than the previous version11, so we can’t disable email notification summary only number (Errors, Warnings and Successes ) with URL link like previous version11.

Could you kindly help to check with internal and management team, we can configure sending emails separately than the like previous version11 or not on Veeam Enterprise12 ?

Noted: it is case id that I had opened with Veeam Support (Case # 05910839)

Please kindly help to check on it.

Yes, we improved our Email Reporting for Enterprise Manager v12.
Before it was just a text summary of all job sessions, now you have a list over all job sessions and their status.

we can configure sending emails separately than the like previous version11 or not on Veeam Enterprise12 ?

As far as I see, V11 and V12 only sends one single mail. And not separate mails.
I assume you mean that you can see each job separately in one single mail now in V12?

I'm trying to understand your pain point with the new format.
Why do you need the old text mail notification? What is the issue with the new one?

Well noted with thank you.

We want to see notification summary like Veeam Enterprise Manager V11, based on Veeam Enterprise Manager v11 see only summary notification and not status job.

Based on Veeam Enterprise Manager v12 that we see, we see summary all job session and status, but if we want to see only summary notification like version v11, so we can do or not ?

if we disable status backup job session notification alert on v12 and see only summary "Errors, Warnings, Successes, we have option to do or not yet ?

based I had checked with technical, can't do, cos it is features of version 12, it is correct, right ?

To sum up, we want to see summary report from Veeam Enterprise Manager version 12 like Veeam Enterprise Manager version 11, so what should we need to do ?

Please kindly help to check on it.
