Veeam Backup Server consolidation and placement

Hi,

I'm using Veeam Backup & Replication Enterprise Plus Edition v9.5 Update 2, so far I have 2x Data Center and 1x Head office where all of them have servers running including Veeam Backup server on each site.

Site 1 - DC 1
12x ESXi servers hosting 115 VMs
HPE Lefthand P4530 G2 - iSCSI SAN [VM Data Store]
QNAP TS EC 1280 NAS (Veeam Backup Repository and Backup Copy on the same site)
Physical VBR backup server (No Proxy VMs since using Storage Array Snapshot)

Site 2 - DC 2
8x ESXi servers hosting 96 VMs
HPE Lefthand P4530 G2 - iSCSI SAN [VM Data Store]
QNAP TS EC 1280 NAS (Veeam Backup Repository and for Backup Copy on the same site)
1x Virtual VBR backup server (2x Backup Proxy VMs using HotAdd)

Head Office - Server Room 1
2x ESXi servers hosting 16 VMs
HPE MSA - iSCSI SAN [VM Data Store]
QNAP TS EC 1280 NAS (Veeam Backup Repository and for Backup Copy on the same site)
1x Virtual VBR backup server (2x Backup Proxy VMs using HotAdd)

I need to consolidate the Head Office Veeam backup server VM, so how can I consolidate properly according to the best practice when decommissioning the Veeam Backup server on that site ?
the bandwidth is connected using 1 GBps Dark Fibre between the offices.

Any help and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you want to remove the Head Office backup server from the picture and manage the corresponding jobs by one of the other two backup servers?

Yes, I’d like to know kid that’s possible and what’s the best way to do that ?

You'd just need to add the Head Office repository/proxy servers in one of the other Veeam B&R instances and re-create the corresponding jobs there, mapping them to existing backups.
