Veeam.Backup.Shell : notResponding

Hi,

I've deployed a fresh new installation of Veeam B&R 8 Patch 3 configured with remote physical SQL server 2014 SP1 (cluster). This physical SQL Server is also used by other production databases.

My problem is when i navigate in Veeam interface by editing a job or listing content of an existing backup i see in performance monitor the Veeam.Backup.Shell.exe going continiously to notResponding. Thereby, before Veeam open the wizard to edit a job, i have to wait +10 secondes, and same for listing backups.

I open the VeeamShell.log but i didn't see any significant error talking about SQL time out or something else.

A couple of hints can be found in this KB article, however I'd also recommend contacting technical support to check your setup closer.
