Is it optional or not needet? When its needed, which functions deliefer enterprise server to cloud connect?
I saw this document: https://www.veeam.com/wp-cloud-connect- ... on-v8.html
here is a enterprise server documented, but in official manual i cant find any word about enterprise server.

Re: Veeam Cloud Connect and Enterprise Server
Hi,
Enterprise Server is not required.
However all restore points and VMs saved into a cloud connect repositories can be seen also inside Enterprise Manager.
You can consider cloud repository like a physical one in terms of management options available in Veeam Enterprise Manager.
Thanks.

Hi florian,
I'm the author of the document. Enterprise Manager is needed if you want to use restful APIs to create custom portals or automate activities.Remember however powershell automation instead points to the VBR server.
