Veeam FLR from inside the VM?

I was wondering if it is possible to somehow use Veeam FLR to mount the Volumes on a specific VM rather than from the Veeam Backup and Replication server?

I am running Veeam B&R v8.

You can do FLR operations either from the Veeam Backup server or Veeam Backup Enterprise Manager. If you want to mount virtual disks of the VM in the backup file to some other VM, you can try to use instant VM recovery and then re-attach disks to the desired VM.
