I try to create protection group without domain but while testing the windows authentication, it gave RPC error.

Re: Veeam not able to create backup Job, RPC error
Hi Mohammad.
Veeam Agent in a Failover Cluster configuration works with CNO - Cluster Name Object, stored in Active Directory. Outside AD infrastructure the only option you have is to backup cluster nodes as standalone machines adding name\ip of each node independently, with no cluster awareness.
/Thanks.
