Veeam Plugin on vCenter Server 5.5
I know its not supported yet...but has anybody successfully gotten the plugin to work on vCenter Server 5.5?
It says its installed on the Management side, but on the vCenter Server Web side, it errors with server error: null

We have the same issue here.
Also, if I go to the settings page, the only server-address I can input, is for Veeam ONE.
The box for Veeam B&R server is greyed out.

Re: Veeam Plugin on vCenter Server 5.5
Hi,
same issue for me too; I've installed the VB&R V7 plugin under VSphere 5.5, but when I go to the VB&R settings tab under Vsphere web client, the only server I can input is the optional One server, the VB&R Enterprise Manager server is greyed.
Thank's.
Regards.
Fred.

Have you tried to update to the latest product version (version 7 R2) that adds full compatibility with vSphere 5.5 and see whether the issue persists or not? Thanks.

Then, it might be worth opening a ticket with our support team and letting them investigate it directly. Thanks.

Re: Veeam Plugin on vCenter Server 5.5
I recently upgraded vCenter 5.1 to 5.5a (vcsa) and it just kept working - it was working under 5.1 as well.
I was surprised by this, I was prepared to reinstall or at least update the plugin.
BTW my plugin version is 7.0.0.764, is that a new version with vCenter 5.5 compatibility that got installed automagically?

Check that the user you login to vsphere web client is added to veeam enterprise manager portal admins "group".
Also, after I upgraded to R2 and pushed the new plugin, thinks works like a charm.
