After migrating from version 6.5 to 7.0, we can not restore. we restore the message veeam No. Have Been mounted disks (but veeam kb says to reboot the veeam server. But it does not work for this version apparently, because after several reboot, it is always the same.
It is not quite clear what is the problem you are experiencing. Could you please clarify what type of restore are you using? What is the exact error message you get (if any)? What KB article are you referring to? Thanks.

After migrating from 6.5 to 7.0 restoration guest os windows files no longer works.

On my first research after veeam gives the solution but veeam 5.0 ..

To work around these problems, follow these steps:
1) Start Registry Editor.
2) Visit the following registry key: “HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FsDepends”
3) Under the “FsDepends” key, change REG_DWORD value “Start” from “3” to “0”
4) Restart the computer
