We have case support on Veeam issue, so it is the case that related (06276166 and 06209335) and based on confirm and root cause is desktop heap memory, so based on your team suggestion, we need to increase SubSystems on Windows, so we need more explanation, but your team suggests us to check with Microsoft. It is a case that related to Veeam Services why we need to check with Microsoft Team?

Hi, Raing. This is R&D forum, while Customer Support is a separate department at Veeam. So we cannot comment on the suggestions they make as we're unaware of their policies as it comes to issues caused by 3rd party technologies. Please use the Talk to a Manager functionality of a Customer Portal to ask this question directly to the Support Management.
From my perspective, I don't necessarily find it completely unexpected. For example, if this situation is similar to your car engine not performing well because a gas station sold you bad fuel, then it makes sense that you need to talk to the gas station's owner as opposed to your car's manufacturer, even if in your eyes the immediate issue is with your car.
