Very large VMware environment, inventory tree won't load

Just installed the new v9 Veeam and have it connected to our VC. When I try to add "Virtual Machines to backup:" to the new backup job, the browser just hangs. Our VC is fairly large more than 500 hosts and 20k VMs.

Is there anyway to speed the search? I can't even expand the VC object without significant delay.

Once the infrastructure tree loads, it will be stored in a cache and so UI will start responding quickly. However, I understand in you case the initial load never completes. This may indicate issues with vCenter, so it is best to open a support case and have our engineers investigate where the process hangs through debug logs. Thanks!
