Hello,
I make backup jobs on the NAS in reverse incremential under VMware ESXi 6.0.0, I have 15 virtual machines save, 4.4TO. 12 machines have a throughput of 120MB / s but 3 machines are 8mo / s.
This enormously lengthens the backup.
Do you know why?
Best regards

Re: very long backup jobs
Hello Louis and welcome to the community!
Have you set any specific settings for those 3 VMs? Are they running on the same host/datastore with "faster" 12VMs?
I`m also curious what is the job bottleneck statistics.
Thanks!

Re: very long backup jobs
What kind of VMs those 3 are? Please note, that various processing speed for different VMs is expected. Have you looked closer at the job session log for these VMs, do you see any operations there that take considerably longer comparing to other VMs?
