Virtual Lab Approval in Enterprise Manager Time Concerns

Can someone help me out as to why it takes so long for a Virtual Lab request to kick off once it is approved in Enterprise Manager? My concern is the extra 15-20 minutes it seems to be taking before the SureBackup job even starts after its approved in Ent. Manager. Is there a quicker way to get this process moving when I have a request for a restore operation using the UAIR clients, or do we just need to deal with it? My only other thought is to give my DBA access to the Veeam server itself and have him kick off the SureBackup job manually when he wants to run a restore job.
