VM become unresponsive while finalizing a backup

Hi,

I have a weekly Veeam backup for one of my VM's.
Last night I saw it became unresponsive while being on 99% backup progress and in the middle of 'Removing Snapshot' from vcenter.
During that time, It became unresponsive for about 30 minutes.
It wasn't shut down though..
But nagios couldn't monitor it anymore.
Anyways, after 30 minutes it came up again, but the 'removing snapshot' finished only after 4-5 hours.. ( is it normal? )

No, this is not normal. There are a number of known bugs in VMware that can lead to this behavior in certain infrastructures. Please work with our support to determine which one is causing this issue in your case. Thanks!
