Do you have "VMConfigMissingEvent" event present on the events tab in vSphere Client and Veeam ONE Monitor Client? Btw, do replicated VMs have the configuration file (VMX) if you look at the VM home directory via datastore browser?

After running the replica job manually the job finished successfully and looking on the events tab there are no new warning messages but in Veeam One it still shows the same message but I am not sure if that is up to date or not. I refreshed the page but still shows as warning. The VMX file is still present in the datastore browser.

Yes, of course. You can use Veeam ONE to track down any issues happening in your virtual environment. From my personal experience, I would also recommend you to look at snapshot size & age alarms, these alarms will help you to locate all snapshots that might affect your production VMs performance.

Hi! I have the same problem. During Backup job I receive a message with an error "This event records if the configuration file (VMX file) for a VM can't be found". I checked Datastore - VMX file exists. In logs of VMware vSphere there are no Warnings. Why i receive that Warning message?
