vm is not linked after host sync / veeam replica

Hi Community,

ihac where we do replica with some VMs sucessfully. But one VM doesn't appear in vCenter, and
if i try to manually add the vmx we get error " vm is not linked after host sync ".
Can anybody explain what this mean ? I made a new Replica Job but get the same error.

Enviroment is VMware 6 with Veeam B&R 8 with latest Updates.
