VM machines Back Up failed because of not enough license

I purchased 8 CPU licesne for Veeam Backup. Recently I added a new server with 2 CPU. I removed one old server in the list. Now I still have 4 server with 2 CPU on each server in backup servers list. But about the new server, I can't backup VM machines on it. error is not enough license. don't why, what should I do for this.

Hi Eric, maybe you have a TierA license (up to six core) and the newly added server has more than 6 core per socket?

Eric, did you revoke the license from the old host in the License Information dialog?

my new server is 6 core. is it OK ? And revoke the license to remove one old server. But new server aren't added. How could I add the new one?

Can you tell us what type of license you use? How many license units you have (socket, instances, etc.) and how many workloads you're trying to protect? Also, what product build you're currently at? Thanks!
