VM resetting CBT failed causing VM snapshot grows & crashing

Hi All,

Can anyone here please share your thoughts an comments regrading the issue that I'm currently having with my Exchange Server VM backup that was failed thus causing it to go offline ?

Here's the log from the email alert:

failed because of the following errors: Failed to open disk for read. Failed to upload disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}. 
Any help and suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Here's what the email alert from VCenter shows about the snapshot size:

Monday, 2 November 2015 7:03 PM – the VM backup for PRODMBX02-VM starting, the VM snapshot grows to 9,467,968KB
Tuesday, 3 November 2015 7:03 AM – the VM backup for PRODMBX02-VM still on going, the VM snapshot size stuck at 9,467,968KB
Tuesday, 3 November 2015 9:28 AM – the VM backup for PRODMBX02-VM still on going, the VM snapshot size grows to 145,569,824KB
