Hello guys,
we want to use Veeam Continuous Data Protection (CDP). In your documentation is only the free vSphere Version marked as unsupported. Is there a mandatory vSphere Version (like Enterprise Plus) for using CDP or is the standard version fine?
Kind regards

Re: VMware version for Veeam CDP
Hi Rico,
Please review this UG section for CDP requirements and limitations and let us know if you have any other questions left.
Thanks

Re: VMware version for Veeam CDP
CDP uses VMware’s filter driver with VAIO.
VAIO takes advantage of the SPBM framework (storage-policy based management), which is only included in vSphere standard or higher.
