vmware vSAN - Linux Proxy?
Hello,
I did not find any information neither in the user guide nor in the Release Notes that would exclude Linux based proxies from being used (with virtual applicance/hot add mode) in conjunction with vmware vSAN.
So: can Linux based proxies then be used in such a scenario?
Anyone tried it yet? Positive or negative experiences?
Regards!

Re: vmware vSAN - Linux Proxy?
Hi, Claus. I can tell you that Linux proxies were practically designed for this scenario! I raised the priority of this feature request after meeting a customer who had vSAN full of Linux VMs (not a single Windows box to use as a proxy). Thanks!
