VSPC and VBR jobs
A tenant is connected to a cloud provider allowing the VBR to be managed by the SP.
In the VSPC I see this tenant as a company and I see the cloud failover plans, but in the backup jobs I do not see any VBR job by this tenant.- Why ?

Re: VSPC and VBR jobs
Hello,
Could you please add some more details:
- This VBR is shown in VSPC on Discovered Backup servers, right?
- Did all the jobs from this server disappear from VSPC UI?
- Were they ever shown in VSPC UI?
Thank you!

Hi
. the VBR is not present in the discovered backup servers, this is the main problem I think.

Re: VSPC and VBR jobs
Hi,
May I ask you to check the following (just to make sure):
Connect to your problematic VBR server, open B&R Console, Backup Infrastructure -> Service Providers. There should be a service provider added.
Open this service provider for editing, check if the DNS name/IP address is correct (and not linked to another environment for example) and the checkbox "Allow this Veeam Backup & Replication installation to be managed by the service provider".
I would go through the wizard and then wait for this B&R to appear on "Discovered Backup Servers" tab. It usually takes some time to synchronize, but not so much (couple of minutes).
Once you see it on the Discovery tab, the jobs should also appear.
Thanks!

Hi
I checked, the SP IP address is correct ang going through the wizard I can see the HW plan and the the cloud repository, the connection with the SP is working. Finishing the wizard one more time, The VBR appeared in the VSPC discovered backup servers. Thanks
