Hi,I am unsure if a vCenter V8.02a environment with vSphere 8.02 is compatible with Veeam VBR 12.1.
Today the vCenter is on V8.02a, vSphere on V7x and Veeam VBR 12.1. Do I still have to wait or can the existing new vSphere version 8.U2 be used with VBR12.1 without any problems?

Minor Patch version like a,b,c are automatically supported as there are no changes other than bugfixes to APIs or features. In the past years since vSphere 4 I can not remember a single time where such updates broke anything.
