I checked free space on the drive and that is fine - I saw that free space was a common reason for this error.
A reboot or retrying the backup at a latter time usually addresses the problem.
I had opened a support case in the past and directed to KB ID: 1697, which didn't address the problem.
Any insight would be helpful.
