Hi,
On 27 of May we upgraded to Veem rman plugin version 13.0.2.2067. The backups and restores do work fine. But we have also a job that does a "delete noprompt obsolete" and this fails with
ORA-19509: failed to delete sequential file, handle="DATA_KALK_1677827081_20260420_j14m02l3_105057_1_1.vab", parms=""
ORA-27027: sbtremove2 returned error
ORA-19511: non RMAN, but media manager or vendor specific failure, error text:
Failed to perform bulk file delete for backup, id 5af3c1fe-4bf0-467e-88c7-280cd9f8692b
--tr:Failed to asynchronously execute command [plugin.deleteRMANOibsByFileNames] on backup server [br.dpm.nl:10006].

If I do a "delete backuppiece 'DATA_KALK_1677827081_20260420_j14m02l3_105057_1_1.vab'; " it kan delete the vab file without problems. So it seems it chokes on bulk deletes.
Before 13.0.2 we had version 12 and delete obsolete worked fine.
Is this a known issue?
regards,
Ivan

Re: Veeam rman plugin 13.0.2.2067
Hi Ivan,
I've moved your topic to our Applications forum.
As this is a technical issue, open a Support Case and allow Veeam Support to review the debug logs. Topics about technical issues that do not already have a concluded support case will be removed as per our forum rules and as noted when creating a topic.
At first glance the error does not match any specific known issues so a Support Case will be required, we will not be able to meaningfully troubleshoot over the forums.
Once your case is created, please share your case number here. Thanks!
