Business View does not "fill" Dashboard

Hello,

i've got 2 Problems with BV

1. Everytime BS collects from vCenter, our vCenter Service crashes at the end of the collection preiod.
BS announces "Collection Succesfull"

2. The Dasboard isn't fillt with the Customized Attributes provided in the Config.

Jean, looks like (2) is resulted from (1), probably collection never happens successfully despite that success is reported. This is strange though because we never had vCenter crash problem reported before, so it might be environment/deployment specific? If you are Veeam customer with active maintenance, please open support call so that we can troubleshoot this for you through the product's debug logs.
