Hello,
we are using VeeamOne v8 and have a mixed Infrastructure of Hyper-V and VMware. I noticed that the LastBackupDate of the Hyper-V VMs is not correct, it says 01.01.0001 00:00:00 for all Hyper-V VMs. The VMware VMs are reported correctly...
The weird thing:
In Data Protection View in VeeamOne Monitor it shows the latest restore points correctly.
So I looked into the DB and found the table "monitor.BpVmInBackup". There is a column called "last_backup_date" and it shows correct dates (like 2014-12-16 21:22:56.867)
Has anyone any idea?

It is a known bug, we are going to fix it in the upcoming patch 1 (should happen very soon).
