Hi Veeamers,
I was setting up our off-site backups for our NAS environment and decided to create a new Catalyst Store to separate the deduplication domain and have replication granularity with Catalyst Replication. Once all the setup was done, I was ready to launch the job to do the first sync... But all I got was "Failed to launch job: Object list is empty"
I immediately thought maybe it was a bug or a missconfiguration... I did 2-3 more tests and went straight to the Veeam documentation to find out that this feature is actually not supported
Since it is mentioned in the documentation that Veeam B&R uses Veeam Catalyst technology to replicate data, why aren't file shares supported? Is it a technical limit? Will this feature be implemented in the future?

Re: Feature request: Catalyst Replication for NAS Backup
Hi Cristian, Catalyst Copy-based backup copy jobs do not currently support all the workloads Veeam B&R produces. We're gradually adding support for those with every release and NAS backup files are also on the list. Thanks!
