Guest clone on Storage Domain

Hi all,

I have recognized that veeam repository is full so that defined backup jobs failed. Guest vm disks have been cloned on storage domain and locked. Storage domain is nearly full and I cannot remove guest disks clone. How do I unlock system. Thanks for answers.

Hi, it's a bit confusing.

What do guest VM disks do in your backup repository in the first place? They are supposed to reside on primary storage, not on backup storage.

And what exactly do you mean by "storage domain"?

Sorry, I couldn't explain so that I uploaded screen https://ibb.co/bgxT9kM, vm's name AD that has locked and stucked during finalizing . I backed up another guest vm but It has not stucked.

To be clear, are you using RHV backup beta in production?

No. I have used RHV backup beta in non-production. I unlocked some vm.'s disk but I do not resolve "FINALIZING". I was trying to backup while I took this message from Veeam Backup "Backup of AD is being skipped; Another backup application has locks on this VM. To override other backup software, contact Veeam support to enable 'FinalizeAllBackups' option."
