Proxmox infrastructure disappeared from VBR

Thursday morning I did windows updates
Thursday night backups ran ok
Thursday night copy jobs to cloud connect failed

Friday looking at the cloud connect issue and noticed all the proxmox infra gone from vbr!!

I suspect that’s why the CC copy jobs failed

Logged case 07669017 as sev 2. Was redirected to cloudless connect team. Still haven’t heard back.

I added a note to the case suggesting I suspect the proxmox disappearing from VBR is probably the root cause.

Still waiting for any reply from support.

If I restore a vbr config backup what happens to the restore points created after the config backup? Can I rescan the repo and it will be happy or is there more to it?

Once I have a resolution I’ll update this post with error messages to assist with anyone searching for them.

I'm running 12.3 but I'll take a look at that and see of it helps

I checked and also noticed that the new hyoervisors were not in the options under add new virtual infrastructure. I disabled the firewall on the vbr and rebooted and then all the stuff was back.. and interestingly the backups have been running, can see the restore points in the repo and can go back through the job summaries in the vbr console.

no, still working with support.

@Regnor - looks like something happend with a route on the main repo server for the tenant vbr that was causing problems with the connection to the CC side..... Just thought I'd update that part of it.

As for the vanishing PVE settings I have another look at that once the copy jobs etc are all caught up and I have time to focus on it.
