Worker Server behind firewall or nat

Hi, I have the worker server on proxmox on a site with firewall, and backup server on other plase, all works fine, except worker connection, veeam server get the worker server ip, that is and internal ip, how i can publish or said to backup server the public ip where the port is published??

Upon initial review, I would suggest double-checking the firewall settings.

We also have Case #07532120 looking at this. We would be more than happy with a solution that allows us to just override the IP that is being reported by the worker - either in worker settings or database.
