Backup copy job requires source backup chain format to be upgraded

Hello,
I have multiple jobs configured (vsphere, hyper-v and agent jobs) with destination to my default backup repository, for these jobs I have immediate copy backup copy job to second backup repository configured - and this is working no issues. But now I bought new NAS and attached to veeam as third backup repository and configured another backup copy job with source as default backup repository with destination to this new NAS, but not all jobs were copied, those that have in brackets (Full) gave such errors:




Why the first backup copy job is running and the second one is not?

Hello Wojciech,

It seems that you are running the backup chains in old per-vm backup chain format. Can you please check that backup copy jobs are upgraded to a new per-vm engine?

My three backup repositories use per-machine backup chain, and every backup created when right click on it has option "Upgrade backup chain format"
