Backup SQL Always on Availability groups
Can you provide documentation on how to configure the Veeam Windows Agent to backup a SQL cluster using availability groups on hyper V? the following KB lists vSphere for failover cluster. https://www.veeam.com/kb2304 I dont see any documentation from Veeam on SQL cluster backups.

Re: Backup SQL Always on Availability groups
Hello,
I split away that question from the old thread because it was about restore and you are asking about backup
In general: there is nothing to configure for SQL Always ON availability group in a VM. Just put all cluster members in one job and you are done.
As you are asking for Hyper-V: does your cluster consist of real VMs (no pass-through disks) or is is like a physical machine where only the OS is running on a VHDX? Only in the second case you need agents (https://www.veeam.com/kb2463)
Best regards,
Hannes
