Best archive retentio

Hi.
I have a question regarding archiving with backup copy job.
I want to store backups so that I don't have any days without backup when I go back in time.
What I have designed so far is this:
7 days retention on primary repository for fast restore.

backup copy job:
4 weekly backups
3 monthly backup (should I use 12??)
4 querly backup
5 years yearly

What i am wondering is does f.eks. the quarterly backup containt all the restore points from the monthly backup too or is just a full backup at that time with 1 restore point? Is the full arhive backups also a full .vbk or are even these backups incremental?

Each restore point created according to backup copy GFS mechanism is just a single VBK file containing VMs state at the day it was created.
