CaseID: 5201652 Failover, UndoFailover & Failback Fails

Hi there,

I am having a problem with VEEAM Backup & Replication (For Hyper-V) where Replication, Failover, Failback and UndoFailover fails with Errors.

Below is the output from the statistics window:

On FailOver:

Has anyone come accross this, and if so any solution?

"No mapping between account names and security IDs was done" appears to be a Windows account or AD issue. A quick Google finds a lot of links on this error in many different scenarios. There are some SQL related links, which could be where it is getting you in trouble with Veeam.

Since you have a Support case already open, they might be able to identify the problem more specifically if nothing "rings a bell for you" after looking at some of the Google results.
