Hello all,
TL;DR I'm experiencing this error and need help:
" Restore job failed Error: Unable to recover 44 keyset(s) Failed to download disk. Agent failed to process method {DataTransfer.SyncDisk}."
I'm new to Veeam, so sorry for any inconvenience. I'm really not able to find anything helpful in the KB. As part of my process discovery trying to get into Veeam, I'm attempting to play around in our sandbox and restore a backup Hyper-V VM to another spare Hyper-V I have set up. This is pretty much all it's giving me and I'm not sure where to even start. If you need any more information let me know and I'll get what I can..

welcome to Veeam and the forums. Even during evaluation phase, you will get support. I looked at the case, but logs are missing. So to speed up things, I can only recommend that you add logs to your case

Just my standard guess: any firewalls between your backup server and the Hyper-V cluster?
