Feature Request: Cannot EMail Replication Action-reports
Like Failovers of all kinds, Failback, etc. There's no options to EMail reports about those or I can't find them... ?
It'll be nice to know in a multi-user organization who and why (Reason-dialog) someone did a failover, etc. and most of all, when exactly...

Do you use Veeam ONE? You can create a custom alarm based on failover/failback events.

Nope, only V&R... Either V&R doesn't have it or I can't find it anywhere in the interface...

Bart,
there are no failover/failback notifications in VBR because those are manual operations.
Could you describe your use case?
Thanks!

Yes, I thought I did though... I supervise 10 people working in our multi-tenant environment... They also have access to V&R for tasks. I'd like to be informed by V&R if someone initiates a failover, planned or otherwise, as to why he thought that would be necessary and when and who did that. This scneario could easily be accomplished by having V&R require to fill out a Reason-dialog and mail someone (me) about that action being performed, just like it does for Jobs...

Re: Feature Request: Cannot EMail Replication Action-reports
Thanks for the explanation.
As was mentioned the notifications logic is next: the option exists for automatically run jobs, such as backup, replication etc. and there are no notifications for manually run tasks, such as restore and failover.
I get you point, so let`s count it as a feature request.
As a workaround you may use a monitoring tool, like Veeam ONE to get full visibility of all activities across the backup and virtual infrastructures.
