Linux FLR - failed to connect to backup

Having issue performing FLR on a Linux VM, hosted on our Hyper-V cluster. I step through the wizard, and enter the relevant IP config for the helper VM but job always fails with




I can create a VM using the same IP/VLAN etc as the helper and ping the backup server but when I run the FLR job I can't see the helper VM being created on the Hyper-V host, should I?

Any pointers?

I'd suggest contacting support for more effective troubleshooting. Am I understanding right, that appliance VM is not even created?
