I've just logged into our Veeam server to check the status after a failure the night before, and so far the Job has spent 1 hour and 12 minutes at 0%. The last entry in the action was "Changed block tracking is enabled" and that's it.
Is there somewhere I should be looking to diagnose the issue.

James, please provide the logs to our technical support team, they will be able to review them and define the exact operation the job is stuck on. Thanks.
