problem with closing shapshot

Hallo,

We are running veeam backup & replication 9.5.
Our backup-infrastructure consists of 4 standalone hyper-v hosts (Windos Server 2012).

We have a backup job running to backup our windows vm's (Windows Server 2012).
Normally all goes well but sometimes the backup job stucks at "Closing snapshot" for hours.
Also the other vm's on the host partially do not react.
At the same time the hyper-v host runs out of disk space.

The only solution is to kill all veeam tasks running.
Then the host recovers the disk space and all runs normal.

Any ideas whats the problem?
