Has anyone come acrross an issue where Replica AVHDXs are constantly accessed by Destination Host (a 2012R2 host)? These VM are not active, yet the Host System process (PID4) is constatly reading the AVHDX chain at a rate of 10-30MB/s.
What is the host doing, and why is it working on dormant VM disks? Is a Chain of 14 Disks/points just too much for Hyper-V to deal with?
