[ER] SureBackup linked job Exclusions browser need to browse RPs not live VMs

VM existed and got backed up so RPs exist. VM does not exist now. SureBackup fails on VM and we don't need to run SB against this VM.
SB job created using Linked Job option (not App Group) against this backup job. Need to exclude this VM from the SB job but can't because the exclusions browser browses live VMs when it should browse RPs. As the VM does not exist any more, the exclusions browser can't select it - thus it can't be excluded from the job.

The VMs the SB job runs against appear to be all VMs with an RP created by the linked backup job - rather than VMs which exist now and are backed up by that job. If this is intentional, then all VM selectors in the job need to browse the RPs and not the live VMs. If the intention was to only process existent VMs which are backed up by the source job, then that selection logic needs to be implemented.

Confirmed by support (Case # 07133000) as suboptimal implementation. The only workaround at the moment is to remove the RPs you want to exclude from the primary backup store - if that's acceptable in your deployment.
