Unable to backup

Hello,
I have a very strange problem. I made a new installation at a client today.
His workspace includes one Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper V contains two virtual servers. I installed the software - Veeam Backup and Replicatin 7 on another physical server. The installation went successfully without any error messages.
Now when I back up one of the servers. The backup ends successfully in less than a minute. And of course no sense because the server volume is 350 GB and the initial backup.
I have no idea how to even approach the problem. What is seen that the Veeam can not display the amount of servers.
