Howdy out there,
are there docs about the usage of RAM by the B&R services? I.e. manager 10 up and running vs. v11?
cheers

Re: Use of RAM B&R 10 vs 11
Hi Harry,
Basically, 500 Mb for manager would be enough in the majority of cases, however some additional RAM might be needed to sustain file to tape scenarios. If you see extra consumption of RAM by manager process, it should be considered as a technical issue and our support team can help you with troubleshooting. Also, here is the page with requirements for v11 and this one is for v10.
Thanks!

Re: Use of RAM B&R 10 vs 11
Overall, RAM consumption was somewhat reduced from V10 to V11, so don't worry about this aspect. Your existing V10 hardware will be perfect for V11. We did not change system requirements only because most common support issues are due to lack of RAM, and it's always better to over-spec given how cheap it is.

Thanx to all,
the customer had problems with the installation (other VMs / hardware) due to RAM "shortage" and wanted to know whether updating B&R would pose additional pressure on the setup.
