VBR as a VM

Apologize if this question has been asked before.

I am looking to implement Veeam for Hyper V for my organization.
Setup:
1 x Hyper V host with multiple VMs
1 x Veeam VM in the same Hyper V host.

Due to resources constraint, can I create Veeam as a VM on a Hyper V host, and then backup all other VM including the VM hosting Veeam to the Physical Hyper V local storage?

Yes, Veeam B&R can be installed on any computer meeting the system requirements, either physical or virtual.
