I just downloaded and install Monitor and I am getting alarms that Disk Latency is over 100m however if I go into VI Client and look atht the Performance for the host it does not show the same information?
Is there a reason the two are different or am I interpreting what Montior is showing me incorrectly.

Re: Disk Latency
May be you are looking at different counters? Datastore counter vs. host counter? It would help if you post some screenshots. Thanks!

Re: Disk Latency
We have the same problem.
Veeam Monitor reports "Level of Disk write latency is above 100 M", but we cannot find anything wrong in the Veeam Monitor Graphs or in the VI Client.
No errors or fault in the Netapp logs either.

Re: Disk Latency
Hello Endre,
Are you referring to "Host disk write latency alarm"?
If this is the case could you please post a screenshot from "Host->Disk tab->Select counters->Disk write latency". It would help us to troubleshoot your issue further, also you may want to involve our support team into this.
Thanks.

Re: Disk Latency
Yes Endre, I also have the same problem as you, but then it seems that the disk metric is too sensitive, you need to adjust it manually according to your performance SLA.
