Error connecting to Business View

Although Business View works through the web interface, when I try to connect through Monitor I get the following error ...

Unknown error 0x80131509: Too many automatic redirections were attempted

Any suggestions?

Try to accessing this url http://business-view-server:1340/psservice.asmx, does it open successfully?

Aslo check that the user you've specified in the Monitor settings at the BV tab belongs to Veeam Business View Viewers group at least. As soon as you've checked that or added the user to the corresponding group try to connect once again.
