Exchange VM Swap Rate
We're moving mailboxes to a virtualized Exchange 2010 server. Veeamone's Memory Swap Rate screen shows the VM swap rate is 0. However perfmon inside the Windows VM is reporting crazy spikes in Pages/sec (like spikes into the 100s). Is VeeamOne and Perfmon not monitoring the same counter? Why is there a difference in what's being reported?

Re: Exchange VM Swap Rate
Yes, Veeam ONE as well as any other monitoring solution using VMware API to monitor VMs represents a different view on the VM resource usage. Guest OS does not know that it is virtualized and does not know the limits/reservations configured on the VM-level.
Here is a similar topic with the same question > Differences between Task Manager and Veeam
Can you please tell me if you see any other crazy spikes for other metric within the Guest OS?
