LoadInfrastructure FAILED

Hi

Under Veeam Monitor Gui database is disconnected and service is always in state (initializing)

So check log and found many
"LoadInfrastructure FAILED: Unable to process request because database is disconnected"

Check on SQL server and veeam db is ok, credentials setting on Veeam monitor is ok

Any suggest ?

Hi Simon,

I would suggest submitting all debug logs to our technical team for further investigation, as it is hard to tell what might be the problem while looking at this single line.
