Hello,
we have predefined backup jobs with vpshere tag and its up to customer to use it or not – tag VM and then of course backup copy jobs are empty as well
So once I have requested feature, that empty jobs will be successful and not warning - but looks that this feature have not luck
There is not string option to put, which event should be ignored if job will finish with warning
if event includes: "Nothing to process. All machines were excluded from task list."
exclude list is not option as every day could be different jo empty

Re: Monitoring of empty backup job and copy backup job Case # 05082758
Hi Marcel,
Thank you for the request.
VONE job state alarms work based on the job status you see in VBR. If a job finishes with a warning in VBR, you'll see a corresponding alarm in VONE and currently, there is no way to modify the alarm behavior based on a specific reason for the job status change. Also, VONE does not rely on events. Instead, we collect job statuses using the WMI interface.
As a workaround, you may just acknowledge the alarm or create a rule for email notifications to filter out the emails with specific status (if applicable).
Thanks
