Never finished the "importing past perf data"

Hi,

we use veeam monitor 5 and added several vCenter to this server. In one of them vCenter are 18 ESX hosts with round about 300 VMs. After one week, the "importing past performance data" process is still running. It's not possible to get information from the last hour, or the last day.
In an other vCenter (added to the same veeam monitor server) we have only 3 ESX host with more or less 50 VMs - there are no problems. The same (withouts problems) in a vCenter with 11 ESX host.
What can i do to finish the process successfully? Is it possible to limit the import range (i.e. import from the last one ore two month)?

Hi Ralph,

Yes, as far as I remember you can limit past performance import interval with our internal support utility. Please contact our technical team for further instructions.

On a side note, in Veeam ONE v6 we have made past performance data collection optional, so if you're in the process of initial deployment I would recommend installing our latest version.
