no CPU and memory usage

HI.

I installed Veeaam One on our Hyper-V management client HVV on Windows 10. Then I added HV1 (2012R2), HV2 (2012R2)and HV3 (2016), our Hyper-V hosts. On all machines there is the same administrator account with which i am logged in to HVV. All the guests have the same other admin account which I set in the server settings.
I can see all the datastore and virtual machines states as green, but I see zero CPU and memory usage on every host and zero CPU and 100% memory usage on every VM.
I have opened ports 22 and 139 on all hosts.
What else do I have to do to see the usage of the hosts?

Do you have lack of performance in all hypervisors?
Have you contacted Veeam support? If yes, please provide the case number.
